Says the guy whose sense of artistic expression seems to be limited to being a fashion slave, and ripping off an artist whose comics are sold very extensively at the trendy, mainstream clothes store you obviously frequent. This photo has more artisitc merit than your entire body of "work". This photo alone is an exercise in juxtaposition. On the one hand, we have a part of a woman's body which is considered delicate, and by many, inviting. It's a source of food for most children, so in the back of our animal brain, most of us still get warm fuzzy feelings when looking at a breast. On that breast, rests a creature that most consider vile, and dangerous. Even if it's poison glands are removed, thinking about the way it's bite would hurt in such a sensitive area makes one hold one's breath sympathetically. It evokes a TON of feeling, which is more than I can say about ANY of the load of tripe in your gallery. (Unless you count disgust at how utterly mundane a person can be. You're like Captain of the Angry Teenager Team. Might as well be the blonde cheerleader out of a cheaply made sitcom, for how uniformly you fit into a stereotype.)
Moral of the Story: Don't be a rude cock, or you'll eventually get a taste of your own medicine.
Yeah but the difference is that I actually draw things and that is considered art, not porn. A womens body can be art but everyone thinks that taking a pic of a naked woman is art.
Also, you're just saying anything you can think of to insult the way I look more than anything in a laughable attempt to hurt my feelings.I just draw things to be funny or make strange artwork, and was that whole paragraph really worth typing out over a little comment that I made?
I wasn't even being insulting. I was just saying that taking a random pic of a womens privates isn't art. I didn't type out a big long paragraph personally insulting the photographer because I want to feel like a big man on DeviantArt. x'D
I dress the way I want because I just like it, I'm not trying to fit into anything. It's black trousers, a white shirt, a tie, and a jacket that you can buy anywhere. Get over yourself douche-bag x'D
How is this pornographic? A breast is not pornography. How is this work meant to arouse? How is it obscene? It is neither, and it is therefore, not pornographic. You should consider knowing the definition of a word, before you choose to use it. However, with grammatical errors stemming from your very first sentence (that ARE considered art), I would wager you're making low marks in ninth grade English. If that.
If you believe your comment was not insulting, how would you feel if I made the same comment on every one of your drawings? May I do that without your objection, or would you take offense to it? My thoughts are that you would run screaming to the DA admin in a heartbeat. Your comment was OBJECTIVELY rude, both to the artist and the model, who probably put a great deal of work into this.
It may be true that you have every right to state your opinion, but everyone around you has an equal right to share their own. My opinion is that you need to learn some decorum, lest you continue to take these dressing downs from people whose class so exceeds yours, that you don't recognize the vantage point from which they speak to you.
By the way, all of your defense of your UTTERLY ridiculous mode of dress, is on par with every teenager in existence. If I thought that you were put on this earth to embody a stereotype, I would say you are doing a very good job indeed.
